Baccano!
Is Baccano not based on supernatural themes? I believe I saw the beginning of an episode or two and there was quite a bit of supernatural hoobla going on.

Actually nvm, she looks more like she's 14

or maybe 13
These sure don't look like the hips of a 13 year old to me.

You can't afford Mordo's rates, bby
whatever, paedophilia man
Fairies aren't children.
wtf you like fairies? What's wrong with you?
The fairy thing is in reference to a bunch of Tinkerbell posts I made on B.OLD and this place several years ago. It's not all that bad. At least they're humanoid. It could be worse. I could be a furry. I could have been a Brony.
Furries are into animals that look like humans. Bronys are straight up into bestiality. Fairy lovers are into pre-pubescent girls in a fantasy cosplay
When I say fairies, I mean from the Tinkerbell universe, where they are born fully developed and are never children. They have cute facial features but their overall bone structure is not childish at all. Here is an image of the character Silvermist for reference.
Spoiler

Berserk 2016
I really don't like Berserk. It literally contradicts everything I wrote in the OP

Berserk 2016 though is one of those so bad it's good kinda things with it's foodfight-quality if animation and and even more hilarious sound design.
Yes, but it has excessive violence, gore, sexuality and supernatual themes. All these things turn me off to any form of media that contains them.

Dragonball Z and Super are acceptable.
No thanks. I think I'm going to stear clear of any Dragonball related content

Cowboy Bebop. It's a bit of a slow burner but it's got great characters and a believable world. Plus the soundtrack is GOAT.
I've already seen it. I've got the DVD set and the movie on Bluray.

Oh, I'm guessing you liked it then
Aye.

Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans

Pretty much Diamond Dogs in space
I've never heard of either. Do I have to see any of the other Gundam shows to understand Iron Blooded Orphans? And what is Diamond Dogs?

Grave of the Fireflies

nothing else is worth watching
I've got it on DVD but I've heard it's depressing and haven't watched it yet. I may have already had the movie spoiled for me because of a stupid video with no spoiler warning.

I would appreciate it if one of you would do so. I'd prefer something with no supernatural plot points or themes, no excessive sexuality, and no excessive gore and graphic content(ie. rape and death). All that aside, I'd like something with a relatively engaging story that doesn't involve daily life or high school drama. If you all could do that, I would be grateful.

What I believe is that speech and information are inherent to each other and that photos and videos, being information, are also an extention of speech. To regulate information is to regulate speech. In the case of CP, it may be an expression of speech of those committing the crime and is also a record of that crime, but it is still protected, so owning and viewing it would not be illegal. Basically, what I believe is that any form of information made by man can not be regulated under the law. That is my interpretation of freedom of speech. In other words, anyone can put any information out into the world without regulation.
I understand that it is your view. It's just not the view of the original Constitution (to my knowledge) or our current interpretation thereof, so even if we "really abided by" the Constitution, I still don't think it would be legal.

Somewhat unrelated, but what do you think about copyright? NDAs? Threats? Libel, slander and defamation? Direct danger to people? Calling for real violence? False advertising? Employment by government?
Honestly I never even thought of any of those things. I suppose the political and legal landscape of the U.S. would be entirely different if this were the case, and there is no way of knowing what would and wouldn't exist.

plug is more of a late night thing
I don't like staying up late at night.
Nah you like to get up bright and early to go kiddie watching
Ah, you've formed an opinion regarding my own sexual preferences based on my opinion on what I think is unconstitutional. Well, I suppose I can do nothing to deter you. Besides, kids aren't even up bright and early. The best time to go is mid-morning.
No, I remember you from bnet and I know you're a pedo.
Fairies in the Tinkerbell universe are not children.
Just like those little girls in anime that are a thousand years old. Jump off a bridge.
I don't watch anime, and the fairies in the Tinkerbell universe don't even have child-like bodies. Just cute faces.
"I'm not a pedo guys I swear"

Yeah that'll hold up in court.
I see you don't have a counterpoint.
You masturbate to a cartoon about fairies that look like little girls.

The fact that you're getting so serious is worrying tbh
Still no real counterpoint. The fairies have appealing or "cute" features, but do not look like little girls. And I never said I masturbate to them.

I believe that if the government truly abided by the constitution, possesion and distribution of CP would be legal as no form of information could be illegal since any kind of information is a form of speech and is protected by freedom of speech. The concept of information being illegal is a trivial one in the first place.
To my knowledge, the "all information can be speech" approach follows the interpretation of courts and is not the letter of the law. If we're going to "really abide by" the constitution, we can't selectively pick and choose what court cases we want to follow or not. I'll happily be proven wrong though.
I believe in this hypothetical scenario, the U.S. would be different entirely and the court cases we know of today wouldn't exist. My original post was assuming the U.S. abided by the constitution since its creation. I'm not very well versed with court cases in general though, so I wouldn't be able to give any examples.
Fair enough, but I think you're wrong here. The original text and sentiment of the First Amendment of the Constitution covered speech and press. There was, to my knowledge, no general freedom of information. I don't see any convincing reason to assume that CP would be any more legal under the "pure" constitution than under the interpretation of it we follow now.
I'm like 3 episodes in and I'm pretty sure Naruto just got molested. This is also playing out like some teen school drama, so I hope that changes soon.
Shit gets pretty real once they get into that big forest deathmatch final.

Let's put fully automatics in the hands of people like OP. Why do you want one? So you can kidnap and rape kids? I hope you get hit by a bus.
Rape would still be illegal, The government just wouldn't be able to outlaw any form of information, and that includes CP. The government shouldn't care what people jerk off to anyway, regardless of how morally objectionable it is.
Fuck the government bitch I care
Ok. You care. This is a hypothetical situation and CP isn't the main focus of it. You've voiced your opinion. What else is there to say?
That you need to die right now.
I'm tempted to make a pedo joke, but I feel you're actually pretty emotional about this. I feel you believe I'm some sort of kiddy diddler because of my statements here. Well, I'm not, if that's what you're wondering.
All pedos are potential rapists. They're sexually frustrated and more often than not they rape kids.
I feel like you are just baiting at this point.
