Tinder used to be great 2-3 years ago
Now it is very disadvantages for men. Tons of desperate unattractive older women now. Also anygirl worth swiping right for has the option of choosing out of literally any guy because they all swipe right for her, while she will be very selective and only like prime men.
Also since going mainsteeam tons of girls use it simply for an ego boost and don't intend do do anything more than chat a little.
I've never liked online dating sites though tbh. Haven't used tinder in over a year and it was mainly for trolling

Ever since I was a youngin' i've been an envious/jealous person. I have no idea WHY i am like that but i hate it so much.
A big example and reocurring theme is when a guy gets a girl that I wanted. Like today, my sexy latina walks in the gym with this white dude player that goes there and always tells me how great I look. He isn't bad looking but seeing her with him made me rage. Ruined my workout
The thing is I can see how silly it is but I can't help the feeling. One of the worst feelings imo

I talked to him not too long ago on a different forum and i pretty much do what he does with my own twist Side raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets bent over raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets cable side raises 12-15 x 3-4 Face pulls 15-20 x 3-4 front raises with cable or curvy bar 3 sets of 10-15 I have seen tremendous shoulder growth since doing this
