Stupid rave I'm hella salty I was looking solid, fresh haircut fresh outfit ect. Everyone was mirin mayyynnne. But I pregamed too hard and drank an entire half of a handle to myself in under 25 minutes. Beginning was cool but then I blacked out and the last thing I remember is falling down the stairs and some guy saying I'm lucky I'm buff or that would have really hurt lol. This happened at like 9pm Don't remember anything else except for waking up in the medical room of the venue at 1am being surrounded by volunteers. Apparently they needed like 3 people to carry me there and I threw up too many times/almost died ect. So mad I missed the entire rave you guys don't even understand  This is embarrassing but I need to tell you guys. No hangover surprisingly but I think Im actually still be drunk. Tbh alcohol is poison S/O to Verb

Hey man! Nice to see you pop in once and a while. And I actually haven't benched in a while since I've been trying to lose fat and it generally hurts my shoulder pretty bad. My main chest exercise right now are weighted dips. I can bust out 10 with a 65lb dumbbell hanging and 6 with 80lbs. I weigh about 190 right now so I'm pretty proud of that how about you?
