Well here's an idea.
Bulk up (gain lots of muscle), then cut after that (slim down and losing body fat).
What's left is muscle, and you'll look great too. That's what I'm going to try to do, never attempted strict dieting before though.

I guess everything really. Basically I just eat what I have at the house. But with this diet I'll be getting a lot more protein, and vegetables. Just all around healthier, more meals a day (I'm doing 7 small meals 3 hours apart a day).
