It's Zelda, so it's probably good. But based on my observations and knowledge, Windwaker>Majora's Mask=Ocarina of Time>Twilight Princess>Skyward Sword.
So, yeah. The Wii version of Twilight Princess is an abomination, though.
I actually didn't have trouble or any complaints with Twilight Princess on the wii. OT I've heard lots of people like Skyward sword, but it never appealed to me

I don't need another shitty Force Unleashed esque game.
You are comparing this idea to games that aren't even close to what I'm talking about here. I'm definitely not hoping for something like The Force Unleashed. If anything, it'd be a mix of The Jedi Knight games, Battlefront, Knights of the Old Republic(in the regard you can be whatever basically, a Jedi, Mercenary, etc) along with an open world sandbox like GTA. I never played Star Wars Galaxies but perhaps that is closest to what I'm talking about here.
