It's really only be the way you control the force powers. Take Academy's lightsaber combat and apply it to the way TFU used it's force grip and lightning mechanic and you have a really good game. Obviously tone down force powers to a reasonable level, but when you compare TFU's force grip to Jedi Academy/Outcast, TFU's is obviously better.
There is nothing better than having Grip and Lightning mapped to 2 buttons. Pick up a stormtrooper, find a ledge, then use lightning to blast him into the abyss at incredible speeds. That infinite force power cheat was the best.

CK any critiques you've got for me? My biggest problem is that knocking you off the stage really isn't going to kill you due to your recovery move. I'm pretty limited in kill methods.
It's been like 5 hours since we played so I really don't know what to say. I'm better off giving live feedback.
We're even in certain areas while you trump me in others. Usually on the 2nd stock I fuck shit up. We trade jabs and kicks pretty evenly. You know exactly where to go to keep landing those aerial attacks (even offscreen which is where I'm just guessing on where to attack). And you are the only Greninja I've played that is skilled so I forget what he can even do haha. I don't have many options to knock you against the side of the stage other than my back air, which is risky thanks to Fox's fast falling. I dunno, might just be the matchup.

Sick, dude. I don't have much of a life so I reckon I'll be playing this quite a bit. Especially considering there's so many characters I still haven't played as.
Just wish there was a way for us to communicate during matches for maximum improvement.

Anyways, Rocket, I tried out the Y button for jumping -- holy hell. Once I get used to it, it's going to change my game completely.
Until I finally did that, I'd consistently do a double jump when I didn't want to and miss so many opportunities.

From what I'm hearing, the Pro controller isn't half bad.
It's the gamepad's button layout, but way easier to reach. I won't say it's better than the gamecube controller though since I haven't used it on Sm4sh. But it's clearly the more popular choice than the Pro controller.
