I gotta say this is a pretty fun community. It has it's up and downs obviously, every community does. But I want to let you guys know that I appreciate all of you. I'm glad I joined. Lots of fun threads, the Plug.DJ and the Sep7agon Game Night are just a few examples. And there are some great people here I'm glad I met. Post some sep7agon love

I used to work there. Get out before you regret staying. A friend over there hates it and has been working 4 years there. Me 1 year and i quit.
My friend became a department manager after about a year I believe. He quit because all the managers were basically conspiring to get him fired somehow. He was the only good worked at that entire store, which is why he got promoted so fast.

I recognize how repetitive and butchered the game is, but goddamn it's still addictive and enjoyable. I keep finding new things that impress me. Did you know that when using a hand cannon, the hammer and your character's hand moves in coordination with your own trigger press? I also love listening to the Sparrow; whoever designed the sounds and mechanics of the vehicle did a great job. Even the grass you run over blows according to your boost and speed.
But all of the beauty and detail in the game really makes me wonder how absolutely groundbreaking this game would have been if the story development hadn't fallen apart, if the social elements hadn't been gutted, and if key content wasn't held back as DLC.
My friend Rain on BNet says Destiny is an "art gallery". Not a game. In some areas he is right.
