What most mods probably fantasize about regarding excessive rule breakers.
In a nutshell.
No, I don't enjoy banning people. I'd rather they just stop.
But I bet for some exceptions permanently offing people old yeller style probably crossed your mind at some point.
I'm not opposed to it if it has to be done, but I'd really rather they become positive and contributing members of the community.

Sandy was one of the worst, obviously house flooding is happening. You act like it's the only kind of disaster that happens, and therefore house flooding is simply absolute. How is preparation effective in the case of a disaster? Levies. Shelters, food, boarding up windows of homes, plenty can be done. IN SOME CASES not all of those will change much, but if preparation was proven to never do anything for anybody ever, nobody would do it. Preparation can also be done to prevent house flooding in some cases. To claim such is just plain wrong.
