That does happen, but as stated by Barracuda you won't hear about it as often. However when you hear about these officers being arrested because dashcam footage recorded their offenses or something.........that's basically what you are talking about. Bad cops getting arrested.

I don't know whether to be impressed they have that much time to waste or sad that they choose to waste it doing that.
Skype calls can burn up a lot of time if you aren't paying attention. One time, I spent 6 hours in a call and I didn't even notice it. >____>
We cut extra parts and what not and tend to end up removing about......30 minutes? Maybe more if the intro or outro is botched several times.

I turned my laptop speaker up to hear people, which ended up burying my voice. And Gatsby's recording had noise the entire time in the background.
I tried editing it, and I just couldn't salvage it.
