You can but driving a motorcycle in traffic like on a busy road or highway is far more dangerous to the user than a driver in a car. If you're going 20 in a car and you hit somebody in the side you and the other person(s) are most likely going to walk away from it. With a motorcycle on the other hand hits something going 20 or gets hit by someone going that you can easily get fucked up. Unlike a car you're going to get ejected from the vehicle you were using or it's going to end up sliding with you underneath it.

Graphics are outdated.
Everything looks like it's made out of plastic. When I look at Fallout 4 all I'm seeing is NV with a higher resolution and better details. Graphic wise the game looks outdated as hell. I know for an open world game rendering things is going to be hard but there's no reason for Fallout 4 to look that outdated. Open world games like The Witcher 3, GTA 5 and MGS 5 look a lot better than this. Yes Witcher 3 also looks like it's made out of plastic but the details are a lot better and due to it being brighter it doesn't look as bad.

Here's an idea, LC. How about you go work at Bethesda and you make the animations and models since they're so "ass".
Ironically it is left up to the players to fix, change or add something to their games for them to be enjoyable or have a far better experience at. It is pathetic that there's a mod for increased vegetation for Skyrim due to the PC version being the console port. RockStar on the other hand for GTA 5 they added in details to make the PC version look like it is a PC version.

To be fair, most accounts I've heard of TW3 have more or less agreed that while the game world is pretty, there's not much to fill it. I haven't played the game (not really interested), so I can't really say more than that.
However, I am glad Bethesda spent more time including the gameplay in Fallout and adding stuff like weather systems, as opposed to just fancy graphics. My only real gripe for Fallout on the technical is the 30fps framerate on consoles.
The map has locations(caves, buildings, nests, treasure) all over the place, and usually you can barely go around in the wild for 30 seconds without running into something. Hell, there's even the partial skull of a dragon that's mentioned in some of the side quests out in some swamps. I don't know where someone would get the idea that the world is empty.
Yeah. The Witcher 3 is far from empty. I do enjoy exploring in Fallout 4 more. But as far as quests go. The Witcher 3 shits all over it. The writing is just better plain an simple.
Those feelings I got when I was at that orphanage in the swamp.
Spoiler When you go there one of the kids makes a comment about the Barron's wife crying every time a kid gets lost in the swamp. Due to drowners being everywhere I figured a kid wonders out and they get them, but nope. Latter on the whole point of the trail of treats is to bait in kids for the Barron's wife to take care of them just so they could be eating. God damn those feelings when you look back on that comment that kid made. Every time the women cries due to a kid being lost in the swamp. She is actually crying because a kid she was "taking care of" ended up getting eating but those witches.
Spoiler Yeah. First time through when I found that tree spirit. I was like, well this guy seems evil. But the Witches trapped him here, so maybe he'll kill them. And he said he'd save the children. So I freed him. Next thing I know. He destroyed an entire village and killed everyone in it. Downwarren I think. I was like, well that was a mistake. Then The Barron hangs himself. Was like, the fuck. Fuck this game. On my NG+ playthrough, which I'm still far from finishing, I killed him this time. Ends much better that way. The kids were eaten. But at least Donwarren and the Barron are safe.
For the Fyke Isle's quest I love that there's an ending where you majorly fucked up. You think you're doing the right thing at first but in the end you ended up getting used. Then there's that Elf girl at the well which is getting harassed. If yo go in and drive the guys off you get bitched at by her because of you being a white knight. In the end what she said is true due to you not doing anything at all to put a stop to it. Back to the kids at the swamp the developers did a darker version of Hansel & Gretel and then there's Bethesda who turned the kids at megaton into potted plants if you detonated the nuke. Anybody that says this game is empty or a disappointment has no idea at all what they're talking about. When it comes to a story there's a shit load of quest endings and there's even details about the littlest of things. Which would be things like some of the vendors having a little back story to them. Yes in Skyrim there's some vendors you learn something about, but it's just in a single sentience unlike this game which is slightly more. The vendors in this game have about as much backstory to them as what the followers in Fallout 3 and Skyrim have.

Not including the Black Ones castle I'm at the second area of the game and there's shit everywhere. When I pull up the map I have icons all over the thing. On my map there's only one area of it that is empty due to me not exploring it.

only if you like empty worlds where all you can do is fetch the item at the end of the dungeon.
In what game do you not have to fetch something?
at some point most rpgs do have a fetch quest here and there to pad the game. Skyrim was 100% go through the dungeon to fetch this item. Skyrim was generic filler content: the game.
So was fallout 4.
Nearly all dungeons and caves were not even fun to go through. Nearly every single one had a single linear path that either took you back to the entrance or to a back exist. Then for the puzzles for them they were just matching games. You either needed to find a claw or turn stones around. They are extremely repetitive and not even fun to do.

Last night I had a dream I was wondering the wasteland with four other people and out of nowhere a dozen deathclaws ambushed us. By ambushed I don't mean that ran up on us, they popped into existence in a circle around us. When my companions were trying to shoot them down I ran off and I climbed a 500ft rock which I thought I was safe. When my companions got slaughtered the deathclaws started jumping at least 1,000ft into the air and one landed beside me. Not even in my dreams am I safe from the Fallout 3 deathclaw jumping glitch.
