Gaming / Re: Worst enemy in gaming?
« on: August 22, 2016, 02:14:16 PM »
Banshees in the single player mode on insanity probably raised my blood pressure to non acceptable levels. Banshees in the multiplayer mode on platinum difficulty when I was the last man standing also raised blood pressure to unacceptable levels. Phantoms are utter horseshit too. At least you can dodge banshee projectiles. Phantoms have that auto aim.

Worst enemy off the top of my head in recent memory? Sentients.

Spoiler

Doesn't look like much. Just picture an enemy who adapts to your damage output and then becomes immune to it.

Either that's just a really bad picture or that guy's on the fast lane to being a bum on the streets when he hits his early 20's.

Of the stuff I've watched, I liked it. I enjoyed the occassional suckerpunch "feels" moments they tossed in every now and again.

Or they could just turn the ball into an explosive device that randomly detonates when it attains a certain speed when kicked at just the right amount of force.

Makeup is like almost everything tbh, there's a point where excessive use is going to ruin the point of using it in the first place.

There is literally no downside to excessive use of forced anal pounding.
other than rectal prolapse, anyway

literally no downsides

Just replace makeup with cum and it works out.

A lifeless chunk of meat. Dreams, hopes, everything they ever wanted to do was eagerly awaiting that tomorrow that never came. That never really mattered.

Dead faces. Lifeless eyes. It's like something was drained out of them. It's so haunting.
it's actually pretty cool

they don't have to be in the worst place in the world anymore

Imagine the great cosmic joke if they ended up in someplace worse. What if, what we had here, as imperfect as it was, was actually the better place to be due to potential of at least having a shot at good things?

Depending on how medical advances go, death might eventually become something harder and harder to encounter.

Gaming / Re: Fuck, how did Mass Effect 3's ending go so wrong?
« on: August 17, 2016, 02:18:20 AM »
i can't wait to get around playing the mass effect series, only to discover that ME3's ending wasn't all that bad

Some of the bitching is a bit of a stretch, but it's the honest truth to say that it's a letdown. It's not satan's flaming asshole levels of bad, but it's hard to walk away from without some kind of sour taste in your mouth.

« on: August 17, 2016, 01:43:19 AM »
No more remakes and remasters please.

An all dlc supercut of mass effect for Xbone and Pisspoor would be great. Especially if they get properly optimised.

Or, y'know. They get their fingers out of their arses and start making consoles with backwards compatibility.

Watch as they fail at doing both.

Nice change of pace there. We went from a discussion of private pyle fucking up his gains to everybody's personal fetish over whether or not there's a sky wizard and board game rules.

The Flood / Re: Where are you on the BMI chart?
« on: August 16, 2016, 01:00:46 AM »
Huh. Learn something new every day. Apparently people over six feet and beyond are incapable of being obese. Must explain why no basketball player is fat.
I'm sure there's other charts that go further.

That begs the question. What would a tremendously tall morbidly obese person look like?

These descriptions only seem half accurate and even then it's partly because of how vague they are.

Personality tests are written similarly to horoscopes tbh

Or the game plans of politicians.

Technically you could say it works since I got a sensible chuckle from it.

It wouldn't neccessarily matter how much I restricted things or tried to. If a kid wants to do something, putting a wall in their way will only teach most of them how to jump higher. That's how you get especially rebelious teens in the first place. While I don't really agree with what porn portrays and the manner it portrays it, it's part of a learning experience that can't be avoided.

All I could do is simply try to explain things rationally when the time came and hope for the best.
