Kind of hard to be intimidated by the flood when you're an unkillable super soldier whose existence was literally the result of millions of years of genetic programming to create the ideal weapon against them.

Thanks, Halo 4.

That's not...what? No
Did you even listen wot what was actualy said?

Either way whatever Librarian said it was rendered irrelevant by Halo 5.

Everything from Escalation onward was a mistake

Lol you read comics nerd

Nah. I didn't spend a nickle on that trash
YouTube

You fukin pirate

Pirating it isnt enough. 343 and DArk Horse outght to pay compensation to the people they subjected to Escalation

Those monsters forced you!

Reminds me of that one Wachowski brother that transitioned to a girl and then went lesbian lol

I thought both of them did.

??

I only heard of one of them transitioning

Holy shit that's insane

How so?

That both siblings would transition
I wonder how much they affected each others' decision or if it might be genetics that played a role or something

Oh well hey go figure I was wondering the same thing.

they've both transitioned but i'm not sure about both of them being lesbians

Makes me wonder. Depending on the strength of a relationship between siblings, there's a lot of influence when it comes to choices.

I wonder if one going through the process more or less potentially influenced the other. When I say influence I don't mean "help bring out of the closet." More or less effect the other enough to warrent a change instead.

There ya go charlie.

410
why would you want to transition into a girl if you're not one mentally?
i dont/never have had feelings of gender/sexual dysphoria but if you took me to a doctors office tomorrow and told me that i had the option to upload my consciousness to a cyborg body id choose a feminine model. the "why" of it isnt entirely clear to me though

If I had to take a guess, I'd wager part of it comes down to curiousity. The opposite sex is alien to the one you know.

411
Have you tried taking the majority of your feelings for people and turning them off?

If you knew anything about elder scrolls lore you'd know there's not a snowballs chance in hell of that.

413
For starters that question passes through my gray matter and comes out making no sense.

You had me slightly convinced until you said "don't vote", especially since I live in a swing state.

What kinda shitty mindset is that?

No matter who you pick, it's the same outcome. If it's not one party coming in and shitting everything up, in the next few years it'll be the other party coming in to shit all over the work done by the other party. That's all it is.
If that was the case, we'd still have Jim Crow, and gay rights suppressed or something. Never mind when both worked together. Progress happens, it's just painfully slow.

Anyway, we're getting off topic.

You had your answer when you asked the question. I get it if your views align more to one party. I get that both parties, all the parties, have their ups and downs. It's a "lesser of two evils" deal.

Sure, they outline goals and standards of beliefs for the people they represent. But they're too focused on fighting each other. One makes progress, the other tears it down. It's a game. It wastes time. It wastes resources, it halts progress.

People like you and me are just bystanders. We get hit with the waves they make. Storms on some days, calm seas on others. We can get outselves a boat and make small waves of our own, but ultimately it rarely amounts to much when compared to the scale of the ocean itself.

The truest answer I can give is that all you can do is watch. Exactly like you'd have to if you voted and your party didn't get in anyway.

You can try doing what I do.

Acknowledge that it's beyond your control. All parties and the vast majority of their respective members in the government exist in their own world that's a skewed version of reality. You have absolutely no power to influence them, or likely ever change them, unless you're willing to devote your entire life to joining their ranks and trying to change things. Even then your chances of success are next to none.

Don't vote. Or vote if you want to. It really doesn't matter. All you can do, as an average everyday person, is watch. Let them play their game until it meets whatever end it created.
