Did writing all that help you feel better? Not being a smartass. It's good to express what you're feeling.
Yeah it feels like it's settled me down a little. I'm still a little confused but I can think slightly more clearly now.
Read it back to yourself. Review. Breathe and make tea. I'm glad you're in one piece. *sips rooibos*

I feel for animals in the fur trade, meat trade, habitat loss, medicinal, ect. But horses... I just don't think it's THAT hard on them.
Or Bees, for instance. Bees were gonna do that anyway. Certain jobs and uses for animals don't seem cruel to me.

Not everyone has money to carelessly spend, like you, Elegiac.

In his defense, the length minimum is way too long for this kind of essay, and our professor is being a real cunt about it. You'd think an English professor would recognize the problems with arbitrary length specifications.
yeah you have to be a really good bullshit artist. Be able to tie words into pretty but redundant bows and knots. Not everyone has that skill. That or be a super-applied and conscientiously interested student that can somehow fill the thing out with relevant rumination. bah, I dunno

Give it to him straight, but be friendly and politic. Select your words carefully. Nothing aggressive. He'll probably meet you halfway and want to improve. He probably, even if it's subconsciously, realises it's a bit shit.

I believe some principles can be applied outside this known reality. Try to avoid damaging others, for instance. Any being should have some manner of 'substance' to it that could be impeded or harmed pointlessly to the general detriment of itself and the order of things in general. Try to turn hurts beyond your control into positive lessons, healing, growth. Humour is important but it's a double-edged sword, laugh at anything- laugh at pain for pain's sake- and you've degraded your own existence.
If I'm all alone in this current existence, then I believe these ideas still hold true.

Don't even say a word, it confuses me. I do what he says to do, is that we don't have to know. We don't have to know.

every time I've danced at a club I've been drunk enough to not give a shit, and I've had friends to dance with
so: • be happily drunk • create your own dance island
that's my experience; sure there were probably some douchebags around but it wasn't a bother, and people wanna be where the fun is as opposed to the drama, generally, I don't know how things work in America, maybe more serious
