Not really. E-cigs have their own bad side effects, and most long term effects haven't even been fully discovered yet.
I'm using it as a quitting aid. You should read the list of side effects inside a pack of nicotine patches. Ain't nothing safe. Even burnt toast will give you cancer. At least I won't smell like tobacco.
It's good as a quitting aid, yeah. I just facepalm really hard at the idiots who start with e-cigs because they think it's safe.
Again, most of the long term effects aren't even known yet.

Treat E-Sigs like Cigarettes in terms of manners. It's REALLY rude to smoke around people who aren't smoking. I wanted to smack the people I worked at for smoking them in a small room with others in it. Some of the worst smells I have ever smelled.
