You didn't make that clear, you simply said that someone recommended something to you, and then followed that by restating that you hated anime. You could have said that his recommendation was why you didn't like anime, but you still wouldn't have stated that you disliked the anime and that's why you dislike anime in general.

If the anime/manga contained any one of those fifty or so things, I have absolutely no interest in reading/watching it. It basically ruled out everything. i cant remember if ive told you, but i actually went and watched Beserk because you posted about it. is the manga finished? i know a lot of people didnt like the anime ending.
Ohhhhh, the manga is getting really freaky now, we're not done by a long shot.
