You're a meme.
1 like = 1 elegiac
so you didn't give me an elegiac
I just don't give an elegiac, lol
I think I've earned at least 3 giacs.
And yet the system is set up so that you'll have to like one of my posts first- regardless of your earnings- before you see any likes back.
As you said, elegiacs aren't just handed out.
Even I know it's wrong though. Fucking Elegiapitalism.

Because then everything would be wet and the concept of wetness and dryness would be moot
Everything is wet.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this exchange. Hat's off to you two, keep doing science

I've decided that dxm is just... shitty. It kicks your brain around till coming off it is a relief. Loopy, but no fun. Acid. Shrooms. Real drugs wipe the floor with this shit.
You should take those drugs in massive quantities
Nah I save em for now and then or else you kill the magic. I've dropped acid about four times and shrooms twice. I was talking to one of the street kids I know a few weeks back and he said his favourite drug was acid. And I imagine that he therefore does it as often as possible... but I just don't get why or how that would even be attractive. The acid must take him far away from his situation because if I was homeless on acid it would always be a bad trip.

I hope their injuries do make them identifiable. That would be a more... constructive position for you to be in. But, thinking about it, it wouldn't be too hard for them to conceal/work around.

I see EVERY move you make. I have back-up accounts and they're all subscribed to you as well. I keep a journal of notes for a book. And once the book has been published I'll read the 'All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental' part to myself with great satisfaction. I tell you this now because I believe that nothing can stop me.
Well I legit am fictitious so jokes on you.
Oh? Tell your writers I want more dragons and shit involved then. And a part where you get steam-powered legs. And a psychic love interest who can also shrink themselves. And move the whole thing to Tasmania because that's somehow more realistic.

I'm reserving my judgement until I see the film.
I think the trailers have been decent so far, but nothing has really sold me on whether or not this will be a good movie. I appreciate how little they've given away about the plot within all the trailers but with four months to go I'm sure this will change.
There's plenty of potential for this to be great. Most of the characters have never been on the big screen so it should be a playground for anyone that appreciates the material. The director and cast is solid.
I'm staying optimistic at this point, although if it sucks, this will be DC's third strike for me and I'll have lost faith in the entire franchise.
Yeah, I feel optimistic at this point. The acting looks solid enough, it's simply a matter of how they put the film together. That was basically DOJ's biggest weakness... it was like they filmed all the scenes, threw em in a loose but workable order and walked away or whatever. So much could have been cut. The part where they preview the other Justice League members felt like a cheap piece of television and spoiled the mood (such as it was) completely. But that sadly doesn't even excuse the essential parts that were bad. Worst Batman origins scene ever.

I only await the Days of Tears when this TV show before books thing really starts to come apart. It's like the story found its true medium and now like a parasite it's leaving the host behind. Serves Martin right for continuing on with it all these years... wasting paper.

It's hard to get your head in the game when everyone around you is literally criticizing you and telling you you're just riding on the coat tails of others but that you HAVE to do it anyways. And that every mistake you make is going to make things worse and worse for the rest of your life.

When less is more. The new Suicide Squad trailer proves it. It feels almost as bad as the godawful Dawn of Justice trailers. The last trailer they did for SS was enough, but they just couldn't help themselves, they had to keep going until it got awkward. Like the DOJ trailers it's overlong and badly slapped together. But unlike the DOJ trailers, you don't get the feeling that the material being used in the trailers is just as awful as the trailer itself. The least cringey parts of a total shitshow. At this point, the movie looks like it won't turn out too badly, that's the feeling I get. But DC's handling of their product seems nervous and shabby as per usual. It's like they're a sports team who puts effort in, but they don't really believe they can win the game, so it all comes out unpolished and sloppy. Frustrating to watch.

Was Ted Malcom in the Middle's Dad's apprentice guy? Or was Ted the Obama-guy that owns KFC in their reality?
