This week is the festival of the Bear and the Fox! I will try to keep the celebration confined to this thread, which will stay active throughout the week until the prizes are handed out on Sunday. There will be two competitions running concurrently during the week. Firstly, a short story competition, which I will be judging; and secondly, a visual arts competition, which Ushan will judge. The story must be 2000 words or less, and must contain the characters of a bear and a fox in leading roles. The artwork can be in any format or medium, for example, a paneled cartoon is just as legitimate as a painting for the purposes of this category, and must, again, have as its main concern and focal point the characters of a fox and a bear. The prizes will consist of two Amazon Gift Vouchers, provided by myself, each valued at $15. Please deposit your entries for either of these competitions in this thread. Business aside, this thread is also a general discussion of bears and foxes. Ushan will be looking particularly charming this week, so make sure to give his fuzzy-puff tail a tweak!
