People always talk about wanting their funeral to be a celebration of their lives, or a happy occasion... "I don't want people to feel sad." I'm of the opposite opinion. Life is bad and you should feel bad. It's healthy to embrace the whole emotional spectrum and learn to deal with it. It builds character. I'll video host it and make everyone feel really sentimental and loving and end it relatively abruptly on a poignant note. I wanna make sociopaths tear up  And I'm thinking this will be the last song played, at some point in the proceedings. Nothing is set in stone though. It behooves us to be flexible. Do you have any funeral plans? Spoiler Addendum: I do want to go into cryo though. So mayhap it will be more of a farewell than a funeral. I'm not sure if people would cry at a 'going into cryo' event. Hm.

I believe that people who are conceived by old parents inherit inferior genes. They are less mentally agile, less motivated, less attractive, more prone to disease and they age quicker. At the opposite end of the spectrum, I believe that people born to young parents by default inherit the optimum set of genes that it is possible for them to attain.
I believe that a child conceived on a young girl undergoing her first ovulation constitutes, for the human race, a breed of super or superior human. I know that sounds really wrong, but if the above is true, then it follows.

As per the poll. I just ducked outside and took these. I actually shaved for the first time in over a couple of weeks today. The off-colour bit on my chin is where I was busted open, it's healed remarkably, and only bled a little when I shaved, I don't think I'm even going to have a scar. The drill is to post and discuss pics.

Spoiler Day by day, it just seems to be continuing. I'm not too worried, since the majority of our old b.net crew are still cool with me, but we have a lot of new members who don't like me. They accuse me of arrogance, spam... I almost don't feel... well, I almost don't feel like a nice guy anymore. And more and more I've been pushed to say hurtful things to others in order to defend myself. I'm ignoring a lot of it now, but that doesn't make it go away, it just seems to ferment and get worse when I ignore it for too long.
I'm followed from thread to thread to thread, having every second thread derailed and filled with abuse.
Am I supposed to change my posting habits? I look at the front page of the Flood each day and most of the threads aren't that intelligent. Why is it that I should have to become a paragon of posting? The people who accuse me of shitposting themselves post the worst 'content' out of anyone here.
As for my arrogance, I just like to put on a faux-lordly attitude. It's been a running schtick for ages. Pay attention to the way that I treat you, and not to the terms that I couch myself in, if that helps at all.
I guess I'm simultaneously defending myself and asking for advice. Is there a reasonable way to mend this schism I've found myself in between the old world and the new?

Kupo is having trouble finding the old music thread that used to be pinned. Searches pull up too many instances of the word 'music' for it to be easily searchable. We're not selfish enough to ask him to just bookmark the page, so in order to help a brother out we're going to have to come up with a new way to say... that word. My suggestion is: Muzak.

These additions are qualified by both their own prominence, prestige and place in (dare I call it such) Sep7agon (and in the case of the first two, bungie.net also) pop culture, and symmetrically by these same properties belonging to their benefactors. So please consider the worth of your suggestion carefully before putting it forward. These additions will be presented to the Administration staff for implementation in due time, or when it seems that the measure of this planned update has been taken, agreed upon and found satisfactory. Or in other words, I'll PM Cheat and Isara in an hour or so with whatever I think makes the grade.
