I liked pre-sacrament Lamb of God. I used to do death metal growls and at first I only wanted an Opeth-growl, but when I first heard Ruin I wanted a totally broken 'growl' like that as well. And somehow I did. It's amazing the noises you can make if you try, although I never mastered pig growls. RUUUUIIIIIIINNNED vocal chords lol

First I'mma get SO high on Friday and then go see Zootopia because... the fox. I'm cheap. I wanna see the fox. I watched a couple of previews and he knows how to fox. That's my sorta fox. Then poetry club Saturday day and then who knows, I'm pretty good at sniffing out a good night. Then a real laid back Sunday however that occurs.

Thing you miss most about the old site? For me it's having a sea of people. Sep7agon is like a single private group from back then. I'm not even talking about randoms, but there being so many people that you could know who most of them were and still not be able to fit it all in your head at once... you could always experience pleasant little surprises from running into this person or that person, who you might not have 'seen' in a while.

When less is more. The new Suicide Squad trailer proves it. It feels almost as bad as the godawful Dawn of Justice trailers. The last trailer they did for SS was enough, but they just couldn't help themselves, they had to keep going until it got awkward. Like the DOJ trailers it's overlong and badly slapped together. But unlike the DOJ trailers, you don't get the feeling that the material being used in the trailers is just as awful as the trailer itself. The least cringey parts of a total shitshow. At this point, the movie looks like it won't turn out too badly, that's the feeling I get. But DC's handling of their product seems nervous and shabby as per usual. It's like they're a sports team who puts effort in, but they don't really believe they can win the game, so it all comes out unpolished and sloppy. Frustrating to watch.

Oy vey it's a spoiler shoah in here I swear superman had three fucking funerals in the last ten minutes. Let's put it this way. I was super high when I saw it. Usually when I'm high at the cinema, even if the movie is fairly bad, I'll still enjoy simply being there to take it in on the big screen. Remember that forgettable Tom Cruise movie, Oblivion? I enjoyed watching that. Which makes it better than Superman vs Batman. As soon as it opened with an absolutely godawful rendition of the Batman origin myth I knew the whole thing would be shit. It honestly gave me a headache to finish watching this movie. There are too many faults to list. And you know what? It shattered the 'super-hero-movie-high' I didn't even realise I had going. Ever since TDK, TDKR and Guardians of the Galaxy I've more-or-less unconsciously been so much more engaged by super hero movies. It makes me feel nauseous to think that I could have had anything in common with someone who would get excited looking at those super hero movie release-date-by-year calender's. The malignant culture of entertainment. In the end it's Batman vs Superman vs Real Life, and reality wins.
