My best game yet. 25 kills again with zero deaths. I'm starting to get the hang of this titanfalling business. Favorite weapon so far has been the CAR with Ion / Tone as my titans. Good stuff. Also, Dietrich, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go with the other guys. Grappling hook is fun, but I think stim is both more fun and more useful. It's neat swinging around like a spiderman with a gun, but stim is fun as shit. Being shot at by someone, baiting them and turning around while using stim to just blast past them and wreck their shit at double speed is just amazing. The distance you can get on your jumps is also great.

Upon further review, inglorious is better than me
You make me blush But nah I was just pulling those out of my ass
You did pretty well. I got the hang of it towards the end, but I usually don't play pilot vs pilot.
Me neither I play Attrition and Last Titan Standing
Damn, did I just miss a Sep7agon Titanfall gathering?
Yeah do you have a PS4
Xbox One I'm afraid.
>thumbsticks at the same level It's almost as if they want only scrubs to play on their system.

Whoops. Just fucked up another near perfect 17 kills - 0 deaths game by going "hey, what's this orange circle on the ground, is it some kind of powerup" and standing on it while in my freshly spawned titan. Apparently it designates where NPC's drop and it kills you instantly if you stand underneath. Nice.

All I know is by now an android phone would be sluggish and this is still going strong.
What makes you say that? 5+ years ago, maybe, but now? The iPhone is great (it was the first smartphone I ever owned and I'm definitely no Android fanboy) but Android has come a long way from being the scattered outlier that was once loaded with freeware and used as the basis for inconsistent and shoddy budget systems. At this point, several Android systems are highly polished and run extremely smooth on high quality devices rivaling the iPhone in terms of build quality and design. For example, the Galaxy S7, Oneplus 3(T), Google Pixel and HTC 10 are all premium tier devices offering features, performance and responsiveness equal to (and in certain cases surpassing) even the latest iPhones in versatility, raw power, camera and screen quality.
I'm not saying this to bash Apple or get you to buy something other than an iPhone, but Android has become so well adopted and polished by a few big players that the old idea of Android being this versatile but sluggish scrappy OS while iPhones are more responsive, fast and smooth really doesn't hold up that well anymore. Especially if you're coming from a 5s, you'll find that there's going to be a lot of Android phones out there that'll blow it out of the water in terms of smoothness and responsiveness. And this is coming from someone who used to have an iPhone and has had plenty of opportunity to compare the latest models to top Android ones.
I don't know why you're twisting my words. Android is known to get sluggish over time, no matter how "polished" it is. It's the same with any OS, just seems to happen sooner on android devices due to the nature of the software.
My bad, misread your first sentence.
No problem
Yeah, for whatever reason I read it as "after using an iPhone, Android would feel sluggish now". Not sure how I gathered that, but I should've looked twice before writing that response, lol.

Never jumped on the phone bandwagon for some reason.
Why'd you guys jump on board when that trend started?
Dismissing it as a "trend" and "bandwagon" is kind of dishonest in my opinion. Mobile phones have become as much a part of our society as the internet has, so it calling it that is no different from saying that using the internet is jumping on a bandwagon. It's an extremely useful and versatile device that most people rely on and use for a number of things throughout their day-to-day lives. It's a necessity for many jobs where being available is a must and can be cheaper than having an actual landline these days. It's a way of staying connected and it can be very useful for a myriad of things. In the mornings, I wake up by relying on the alarm clock in my smartphone. It's highly customizable, so I have different alarms set for different days of the weeks without having to change or check it frequently. Throughout the day, it serves as a clock and, when necessary, a stopwatch and timer. First thing I do when I wake up is check the weather which is displayed by default on my lockscreen. It tells me how warm or cold it's going to be and whether it'll be rainy, cloudy or foggy. If the weather were to change later on, I get a quick notification telling me a storm and heavy rain is on its way. Then, I check my calendar and to-do list (synced to my PC and work/private accounts) to remind me of any plans, appointments or tasks for the day. Later, I use it to read the news. All the major news outlets have got free apps to read their top stories on the go. If I have to travel, it tells me what train/bus to take on what platform and at what time. It tells me where to check in for my plane, stores my boarding pass and gives me constant updates of changes to my itinerary. If I need to text, call or video chat with anyone, I can do so instantly. At work, I receive my emails and documents directly on my phone so I can access them even when not at my desk. It has Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and so on, as well as note-taking software in case I need to write something down real quick. When bored, I have games, movies, forums and the entire worldwide web at my fingertips to keep me occupied. My entire music collection as well as Spotify account are on my phone, allowing me to listen to any song anywhere and anytime. If I'm hungry in the evening and don't feel like cooking, it takes me 15 seconds on the app to order a pizza from my favorite place and have it delivered at my doorstep. Finally, it keeps me in touch with friends and family through apps, group chats and so forth. And then there's just all of the other stuff that comes with it. My phone's a flashlight that I can activate with a single motion. Drawing a circle on the screen opens a very solid camera for both stills and video, making it so that I don't need to carry around an additional device. It's got a voice recorder, GPS for on the road, map system, calculator, unit conversion index, portable scanner, ruler and so on... What used to require you to carry around a dozen different devices, planners and calendars is now all done by a 5 inch screen fitting in my pocket. You're right in the sense that some people kind of overdo it and use it as a crutch to share everything with everyone at all times, but smartphones can be very useful.

How's sniping in this game? I just gave it a go with the Kraber (?) and while I still did pretty well, it feels a bit out of place.

Got the OnePlus3T for Christmas, pretty balling thus far.
Nice, didn't know you had one. You running Oxygen?
According to my phone details I am running 3.5.4.
I'm not sure if that's good or not.
It's the latest stable version. The Nougat beta was released today, but that's not stable yet.

Just beat the campaign. Good stuff. Probably going to try out MP in a bit.
Use the grappling hook, I can not stress this enough.
Yeah you might as well chop off your own balls too
I'm sensing a bit of a disagreement on what the best picks for classes are.
The grappling hook is just a crutch for people who can't wallrun. The situations where it is useful that couldn't just be accomplished by getting gud are minimal.
Stim will let you move faster and regen health quicker while phase shift will give you a get out of jail free card (two, in fact) if you get surprised. Pulse blade lets you see through walls, A-Wall makes you a stationary target and a juicy one for people with E-Smoke. Camo got nerfed and you shouldn't bother with it.
As for weapons, the CAR and Alternator are good for hip fire while the Volt is decent for more ADS. On console, Hemlok is downright overpowered and the EVA shotgun is well worth a use, particularly in hardpoint.
You can't really go wrong with grenade choice. Firestar, Grav Star, Frags, Arcs, Electric Smoke are all viable.
Can't remember what I used for equipment, but I just did this as a level 4 (I think) with the CAR. 162 points, 0 deaths, 17 kills, 43 minions. And we still lost. Thanks team.

Girlfriend got me it for Christmas and I just started playing. Only made it through the prologue so far, but it seems very promising. Might even do a review on it of some sorts if anyone's interested.

It usually makes anybody's day when they're granted money, even something as small as 20 bucks. Why not go for something fun? A million dollars to sixty people?
The Belgian lottery has one that I think is a great concept. Rather than win a single large payout, they have this lottery called "Win For Life". The odds are better than most lotteries (1 in a 1 million for the grand prize) and I think the concept is really cool. Instead of just being given this massive sum, you basically win a set payout every month for the rest of your life. Every month until you die, you will get a $2,500 paycheck. Some quit their jobs altogether and live of that, others continue working and gain a nice extra bonus to live more luxuriously, others start working half-time and so on. I think it's nice because you're basically set for life, but also in a way that avoids the pitfalls of people suddenly winning a massive jackpot.

It's pretty fitting I got an ad for the EuroMillions lottery on this page, lol.
I don't think it should be abolished, just properly regulated. From what I'm reading, that isn't the case in the US and it does seem very exploitative and predatory. Over here, there's pretty strict rules on lottery advertising, mention of and reference to the gambling addiction hotline must be made on every ticket, the odds of winning must be clearly mentioned on the ticket (for example: out of every 1 million tickets there will be 1 winner of the grand prize, 2 of a smaller prize, 10 of an even smaller one...) and so forth. With proper safeguards and education in place, I think it's fine and that people should be able to spend their money on it.
