I like that I don't have to cook. Gonna throw out my two cents: don't be embarrassed to live at home, but don't put off the benefits of living in a dorm. Less commute to class, total immersion in an academic environment, quick access to lots of peers and professors.
Yeah true, I'd also the enjoy the freedom but my mother isn't very mentally stable, I look after her whilst my father is at work. I have siblings but they don't give a shit. Would guessed 20 something and living alone.

It's not a scholarship, our government provides loans that cover tuition fees and cost of dorms but you have to pay it back.

dude, seriously, make friends in college, and make friends with people in other majors. a new friend could give you a big break later on in life.
I don't find hard it to talk to people I just never really click with others so becoming actual friends with people is hard.
