There's a grand exchange type thing called a trading post in the banks that functions similar to the GE. This is in place just for now I was reading the news IT'S COMING SOON!!!!

I was just going to fish lobsters in karamja and note them until 60, i would have made a couple mil so i could level up my combat but the guy that notes lobsters isn't available in oldschool
