Caesar announces the Legion's new policy of friendship:

Any nation or tribe that agrees to stay out of it's conflict with NCR will be allowed to trade with the Legion as well as it's civilians, who until now only had access to domestic trade.

Finally, a force of 30,000 Legionaries was sent stampeding  into So-Cal, beginning a siege on everything south of Dayglow.

That day, Caesar also announced the start of the Legion's first ever census.
