I'm a 306 year old Altmer Jarl(Nord fan for you elves). I draw runes and thu'ums on my stones, and spend my days perfecting my art and playing superior Nordic games. (Hunting, Singing, Drinking series)
I train with my axe every day, this superior weapon can cut clean through mithril because it is folded over a thousand times, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on Mundus. I earned my axe license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.
I speak thu'um fluently both Nordic and the Dragon dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about Nordic history and their Way of the Voice, which I follow 100%.
When I get my nord bear pelt, I am moving to Solitude to attend a prestigious Bard Guild to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become a werewolf for the Companions or a mammoth hunter!
I own several bear pelts, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Skyrim, so I can fit in easier. I yell at my elders and seniors and speak Thu'um as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.

The answer is pretty much standardized and he should know it already.
