Why is Trump so threatened by Mexico? It actually sucks fuckin ass in every way shape or form.

tump is literally a democrat agent put up to fuck up the GOP's chances

literally alienating latino voters (who will be absolutely critical to any GOP victory this election) and radicalizing and dividing republican voters

look at the policies he supported a few years back and it sounds a lot less crazy

You can't not love Kasich.
Honestly just watching a few videos of the guy speaking, interviews and one at some kind of fundraiser thing in 2013, the man just has the air of a good leader about him. I have trouble placing it but there is a genuine understated charisma there that I don't see in any of the other candidates. Even when I disagree with him I find myself liking him.

« on: August 05, 2015, 03:10:02 PM »
How about instead of just slapping the extremist label on ideas we find offensive like the dumb liberals we are, we create a legal definition of extremism? One that isn't just a list of things we dislike?

Honestly, I don't think a teacher has any business telling students that gay marriage is right or wrong, but calling it extremism is fucking absurd.

I like Milo, but he's not as professional as Starkey or Murray. He essentially makes a living out of shitposting and intentionally inflaming people for the sole purpose of inflammation.
and that's why i love him

I wish i could do that

Step 1: Give up acting.

Step 2: Find an economically viable career prospect.
u mad wageslave? ;^)

Invest at least 10% of your salary in your retirement plan. I use a Roth IRA; others prefer Traditional IRAs.

Once you get established and start making raises or bonuses, consider investing those amounts amounts and living off of your original salary. For instance, I make an extra $150 for flight pay, so I put that into my savings plan instead.

How can I apply this as an actor, since I won't be making a consistent salary, but rather be payed for each production I am casted in?

So in Serious we talk a lot about economic, social and political matters, what the best way to address x or y issue is. But we don't talk very much about what the best way to take care of ourselves is.

I have two goals in life at the moment-

I want to have a successful career acting, in technical theater or theater management. If I do poorly, I will likely be poor for the rest of my life. If I do well, I will make a lot of money, but I'll be living somewhere like New York City or urban California with outrageous cost of living, maybe Atlanta.

It should be no surprise to any of you that I, unfortunately, fucking hate major urban centers like this, and I don't want to spend my entire life in one. I can deal with living in one for the duration of my career, but I will not spend my twilight years in a major city.

Which brings me to my second goal- retire in my late 60s or early 70s, in Maine. I can go on for pages telling you that coastal Maine is the most beautiful place in the Union- and I'll be right, no matter how much you love your shitty state- but my understanding is that the cost of living is pretty high, and there is excessive taxation.

So what I'd like to discuss here is personal economic tactics and advice for saving money and being able to retire comfortably. Not just for myself, but everyone here can benefit from this kind of discussion.

So, tips? Advice?

Why did he have a loaded shotgun in the car anyway? Even if you take issue with the merit of the law, it's still you know, the law. I disagree with the alcohol licensing laws in Scotland, but I still have to abide by them.
I would argue that it is the duty of the people to disobey unjust laws.

Welfare is inherently bad, but there really is a way to make it workable if we can just clean up the system.

We'll never be rid of it but we can at least streamline it.

Modern Warfare 2 is the best CoD and one of the best shooters of it's generation, I'd say within the top 5. And there are a lot of good fucking shooters in that generation.
