I'd recommend Morrowind, Fallout 1&2, Battlefront 2, Republic Commando for stuff any laptop from the last 5~ years will run fine. Should be able to handle Oblivion and New Vegas decent, too, depending.

Let's say you're a gun owner. You're sitting at home minding your own business, when all of a sudden armed men in body armor burst into your home. Your first reaction is going to be to defend yourself. This happens all the time in no-knock raids that target the wrong house and it consistently gets innocent people killed. If the gun owner is lucky enough to survive but ends up capping a pig in defense of his home, his life is pretty much fucked up forever.
The same goes for people with malicious intent. Violent people tend not to react well to sudden shows of force.
With a warning or announcement of some kind, it can at least be made clear to the victim that he will not be harmed and cannot overcome the police coming to seize his property.

If we drop the sensationalism and start being realistic about this we can see that the vast majority of law abiding gun owning citizens will not be affected by this due to the fact that warrants are not issued unless there is actual evidence to back up claims made.

But that's fucking bullshit and you know it. This legislation, in fact, specifically targets law-abiding people. "Evidence" is relative in the courts, especially in a state like California where almost the entire government is heavily biased against the second amendment. I wouldn't be surprised to see an argument over text message or a person defending their self physically from a significant other used as evidence.
