People in government, and here, seem to view it as an absolute rule that must be followed by the book Because it is. This is the point. The constitution was designed to restrain democracy, a system many of the founding fathers were (rightly) skeptical of. and cannot be changed
there is a reason our founding fathers kept some stuff ambiguous and allowed for it to be changed to match the times Some stuff. Not as much as many people would like to tell themselves. Ultimately, it is destructive to suggest that we should (significantly) change the constitution with the times. The constitution recognizes god-given rights inherent to all men and women, and promises that they will not be suppressed. These rights do not just go away or lose importance as the years pass and technology advances. In fact, amending the constitution could not take away a man or woman's rights, it just means the US government will not recognize those rights anymore. This is an important thing to note.

No. Oblivion was easily the worst game in the entire series. The game had about as much depth as Skyrim, the combat was shit, even for it's time period, the UI was trash, the game looked like garbage (Fucking Morrowind looked better aesthetically.), the scaling and levelling system was a trainwreck, copypaste dungeons everywhere, the plot was worse than Skyrim's, horse armor, and last but not least, they fucking BUTCHERED Cyrodiil. BUTCHERED IT!
People need to take off the nostalgia goggles. Oblivion was fucking garbage.

I'd left the school by then, but my brother told me all about this.
One class had this new teacher in his 20s. I guess class hadn't started yet, so there were a bunch of girls (at least one or two in a skirt) standing by the window and looking out. The perv teacher slid into a desk seat and took an upskirt with his phone camera.
Obviously, he was caught. A male student wrangled the phone from him, and ran down the hallway with it, all the way to the main office, teacher chasing after him.
He was fired, at least.

In terms of the more OT issue, I don't believe everyone should vote. Why? Because so many people are uneducated in who they vote for, and what they vote for. They just listen to the masses or popular opinion without doing the research themselves and coming to their own conclusion.
This is one of my biggest problems with democracy; I'm the most politically knowledgeable person in my family and circle of friends and yet I'm hilariously uninformed about most things needed to run a country; it's ridiculous that I'll be able to vote at the next election despite knowing almost nothing about any of the politicians, let alone having the ability to compare them and choose the best one.
You can't blame democracy on plain ignorance. It's the job of a citizen to do his or her own research.
But we can clearly see that citizens, in general, DO NOT do their own research
