If you hadn't already taken a pill I'd say whiskey, but I'd rather not be the guy who told you to kill yourself.

How do people pay with cards at nice restaurants then? Y'know, not places where you swipe your own card like a neanderthal?
You go up, order your food, put your card into the reader, key in your PIN number, remove your card, go sit down and wait for your meal.
No, I'm talking about places where you don't run your own card. Where a server gives you your bill and you place your payment in it. I'm not talking about McDonalds. Places without an ordering counter and shit. Surely those exist outside of America...
Most British eating establishments are fast food and chippies. With English cuisine being as dreadful as it is, I can't blame them. Who wants to go out all dressed up and pay twenty bucks for some bangers and mash?
I like English cuisine. Black pudding is one of the greatest things in the world.

Best: Jefferson Davis
Worst: Buchanan. Very indecisive and accomplished nothing besides setting up the nation for a civil war and driving a wedge in between Congress and the white house.

Also, write down on what? What backwards-ass method do you guys use to pay by card? They tell you the charge, you put your card in and enter your PIN. No writing necessary.
>get bill
>give card
>they swipe
>hand two receipts, one yours and one merchant copy
>sign merchant copy
>write in tip on merchant copy if you wish
>they add it to charge

OT: either swearing at a cop or throwing a spanner through somebody's greenhouse.
Not impersonating Interpol?
I saw you'd posted and I immediately knew you'd say that.

I'd actually forgotten about that when I posted, but yeah, that probably ranks up there too.
Oh yeah, how'd that work for you?

Jesus Christ, what next? Triggered by scratching? Licking lips? Breathing?

You've obviously never heard about ASMR.
That's different from triggering mental breakdowns.

I'm the lazy kind of guy who just throws every waiter a five. My brother always told me I undertip and my grandmother always tells me that I over tip. But then again, old people in general are shit tippers, so I just never listen to her.
Old people are the worst tippers. They think it's still the 1950s and you can go buy a car with 2 nickels.
I'm thoroughly convinced that once somebody reaches the age of 45 their brain starts to loose it's ability to process economics related information.

I'll actually agree with the Godfather. T Hey could have cut out like, half of the movie and still made all the point plots.
You shut your goddamn mouth. That movie is a work of art.
So was the painting I made in the fifth grade.

Does it matter? Can't people just brush it aside if they wish? Making such a big fuss over one sentence.
It could go the other way as well. What's the big deal about crossing out a few words? They're just words.
Now that you say it, this is the freakin military...leave religion aside from the institution that specialized in explosions and drones.

Unless...we pray to Ares. That would make sense.
Pfft,Greeks.
The sign of the hammer is our guide.
