we're transitioning in arizona, i find it stupid that stores have the chip thing in the machines but dont have it programmed yet. my card doesnt have that, the only security measure it has is my picture which can only go far considering no one cares to check the picture unless youre at a bank, and even then, banks dont look at your picture on the card at times.
Your cards have your photo on them?

Gotta learn about your idols, son, and you gotta learn from their mistakes if you ever want to finish what Hitler started.

We're in an odd transitional phase right now, where I have a strip card from my bank account that was issued later than a chip card for a credit line. I guess small banks and credit unions are the last to update their systems. A bunch of places in the area still aren't chip operational yet too.

I dunno, I live in a fairly isolated development with gamelands behind us. I guess pretty safe with our guns and dogs.
But I don't know how safe from the wendigo we are...
Quit believing in the red man's hogwash, son.
But I feel it watching me at night
No that's just me
tbh I'm surprised you can climb
Bears are natural born climbers, son.

The other things she listed are much more annoying to me than the wage gap thing and are all either untrue or can be explained with an ounce of common sense
eh women's clothing is stupidly overpriced considering how cheaply it's usually made, especially in comparison to men's clothing

Parliament Speaker Ismail Kahraman says a bomb hit one corner of a public relations building inside the parliament complex, injuring some police officers.
He says there are no fatalities and that all legislators are safe at a parliamentary shelter.
Meanwhile in Istanbul, an official at the president's office says more than 50 military officers have been arrested in Istanbul and large crowds have carried out multiple citizen arrests.
Turkish TV channels are broadcasting scenes of soldiers being escorted away by policemen.
Fuck it all, sons. This one's a bust.

All I know is that Erdogen is back in instanbul and apparently the army's hellos aren't flying anymore. The government is claiming restored control to the people in the streets.

What exactly makes this a "coup" and not a revolution?
Because it sounds like a revolution to me.
It's entirely a military event and not n uprising of the populace.
