Consider adding 91 Days. The story is intriguing, there's practically no anime cliches and the dub is superb. It's better than Baccano and Baccano was the best on your list.
I'll second this because it's the only Italian mafia based anime that doesn't somehow get in to crazy supernatural shit at all, which is somehow a staple for the genre. Can't comment on a dub though, dubs are for faggots.

The difference between his quote and what's going on today though is that there is a huge vocal resistance to the beliefs of the Alt-Right. Allowing Milo to speak isn't humbling accepting his beliefs and offering no resistance. Free Speech is a two way street and Milo doesn't have a shield from comments against him.
The point of this btw is that there were many apologists in Germany at the time going "oh free speech isn't bad", and many didn't take what he said seriously.
The moral of the story is that free speech should not = 100% unadulterated content, because a lot of the stuff you say, MUCH of which is fascism these days, is horrible and toxic, and a lot of people start believing and following this stuff.
Allowing a white nationalist to speak about how whites are the superior race and that we should kick immigrants out is not a productive "two way" street at all though. People shouldn't NEED to hear that kind of message because nothing productive comes out of it. It's fascism.

I always found it funny how people are selective when it comes to suicide.
What about the people who walked into the chernobyl reactor to maintain critical parts to stop the damage from being worse? What about people in war who hit the front lines and know it's a one way deal? The rare person who willingly takes a bullet for another?
People seem to just magically forget these when they bring up their hate for suicide. If I had to guess why, it's probably because these are acts of suicide with an inherent outward benefit rather than singular.
