What do yall think: will Jack go back in time and defeat Aku or will he defeat him in the present and remain there? I feel like going back in time would invalidate most of the series.
He needs to go back. It's how the show has to end. Jack is going to have to reconcile the fact that everyone he knew and met and cared for and Ashi while in Aku's future is not going to exist anymore in that way when he returns to his time to undo everything and stop this future from happening. It will be character development and forced drama and one sad last kiss scene between Jack and Ashi and I shall enjoy it.
