The US import law makes no sense at all. We can't have that type of car unless it's at least 25 years old but there are people in the US driving around in current year lambos which are imports. Then there's the whole safety and DOT emission thing. Since the car is too unsafe due to it not being tested and certified by the DOT, than these older cars I see driving around shouldn't be either due to them not having seat belts nor the safety of newer cars. And for the emissions control test the older cars I see driving around would fail that as well.
Emissions and safey are tied to the year it was registered in the US. Makes perfect sense. Imported in 2017, held to 2017 standards. Registered in 56, held to 56 standards. The 25 year import rule was from a bunch of lobbying from the Big Three to combat grey importing from cutting in to their profits. Before, I could in theory order a mexico market car from a mexican dealer, pay mexican dirt prices, and ship it here for way cheaper than buying from a local dealer.

Got a used Fender Squire PBass, seems to have not been used at all.
It feels nice to play some songs but planning on figuring out some Red Hot Chilli Peppers songs due to some decent bass lines there.
Might try figuring out slap to help me out but for now just two finger picking and using Rocksmith.
I did play guitar before, fender starcaster. Not an expert but slowly by slowly expanding my knowledge.

I had to come up with an avatar that couldn't be construed as "furry" without stretching your imagination, because smartass furries like to accuse people of being in the closet about being a furry all the time. This just makes it harder for them.
It started off as just rainbow colors, but I inverted it after someone pointed out that it looks like a "gay furry pride flag," even though that's just silly.
It's a really pixelated image of Rainbow Dash's mane.
