I didn't really care that much before.

Now I'm mad.

Spoiler
That annoying fucking habla-music though
Yeah because if anything should get you mad about ISIS its the fact they're destroying some stupid old sculptures nobody gives a shit about, not the people they're torturing or killing or anything, right?
People are replaceable.

Statues are forgettable.
As is the average man.

Except the average man and his life has inherently more value than a statue gathering dust in a museum
>assuming each life inherently has a net value in the realm of positive integers

Oh sorry, I mean objectively more value, because a living being will always be more valuable than a piece of rock.
>implying cultural artifacts will never hold an intrinsic value greater than that of any living being

You fucking retard

The site has PayPal options. Paypall does automatic currency exchanges with current market rates. How else would I buy shit from Lithuania?
hrm

how bad is this kind of shipping do you think?
About three weeks bad unless you wanna pay like, eighty bucks instead of ten.
That's about how long V tower took.
And that's actually pretty good for shipping from central Europe.

What, is Gowen out of stock again?
And don't these europoors work with paypall?
What is gowen?

And I saw the paypal thing, but does paypal do currency conversion?
Gowen Militaria, the one dedicated NVA surplus importer in America, run as a family business by Mr. Bob Gowen.

And yes, PayPal does monies changing.
oshit link pls maybe they have a Wintermütze in a non-manlet size
http://gowenmilitaria.com/
I've seen 56 and 57cm winter hats, but if you're like me and require a 60 minimum...

I swear, all East Germans were fucking gnomes.
Yeah my head is like 24 4/8 inches, which comes out to like a 62 or 63 in eastern-bloc sizes. Whenever I go looking I'm lucky to find one or two Russian ones in stock from really shady Eastern European vendors. Never even seen East German ones at 60, and the Czech ones, which I also like, are usually listed in useless "Small/Medium/Large" sizes which are useless to me.

Drives me nuts because I want one so bad.
Shit son, you have a big head.

But you'll find a $20 sweater is just as good as the $80 most of the time.
Wrong.
I feel like there's no such thing as a $500 t-shirt, and if there was it wouldn't be nicer than a $40 one.

Now, the difference between a $5 t-shirt and a $20 t-shirt would be evident, but once you get above $20, you're really paying too much.
http://uscheckout.apc.fr/browse.cfm/4,3379.html

120 dollars for a white shirt designed by Kanye West and APC. Close enough because it's just as retarded.

But no, the quality of a shirt caps bout $100 which you can get for $60 or less used.
Of a shirt, sure the quality caps around $100.
But of a t-shirt?

No, $25 is being lenient in saying that the quality is still going up.
Wrong. You don't know what you're  talking about.
Lol sounds like somebody ITT pays full price.
I have actually never bought a piece of designer clothing, but I like clothing a lot and I know the difference between a $20 shirt and a $100 one.
Jim, this is like me trying to say Holly carbs are the fucking shit yet I've never ran one on my car.
Mildly laughable, even is well intentioned.
>hang around and talk to people who DO buy designer clothing
>get an understanding of how it works and what it's made of

 fucknut
Speaking from experience, personal experience is always better.

And then I read the post, and realised that they were very different dreams.
what was yours?
I was going to make a thread about it, but I'm really not sure I want to post publicly about it.
It's a little embarrassing, and involves another user from this site.
You have those dreams about Tru too?
Well it wasn't about tru, but it was one of those dreams.

"1995"

"35,450 original miles"

Hoooooooowwwwwww
Weekend rides don't get a lot of mileage.
That's how my '78 only had 130,000 when I got it. Gotta love little old ladies  who only drive on Sundays to church and then the grocery store.

Real talk: 9.99 Walmart jeans fit like shit and tend to be rough fabric.
It's worth it to spend the extra money on some decent pants.

When shit doesn't make sense though, is when you start getting into the hundreds for a shirt/pair of pants, or seven hundred for a pair of Christian Louboutin heels that your wife is gong to wear three times...
But then again, you think differently when you have that level of disposable income. We're not supposed to understand the people that buy such things.

It was the future and everyone was underground. I got called to volunteer to go to the surface to collect samples of any living organisms. 5 billion people died from a virus in 1996 and they sent me back in time to figure it out. Time travel isn't really perfected yet, so they screw up a few times. First they send me to 1990, a little bit too early. Then they send me back way off course to World War I where I get shot in the leg.
This should be a movie directed by Clint Eastwood.
It would be an even better movie if Terry Gilliam directed it.
Nah.
And Tom Hanks should have the lead.
