We used to be wacky and inventive.
Please stop with this myth. The Flood has always been like this. Does it occasionally have bursts of creativity? Yes, but those are usually happy accidents.
Take off your rose colored glasses.
We'll have to agree to disagree. Although I agree there have been fluctuations, at least during my time.
When did you join again?

But Door, if the J-20 can ever enter full production it will outperform the F-35.

Playing sports? No. Watching sports? Yes. That's boring as shit. The only exception I have are "extreme" sports like skateboarding, BMX, snowboarding, longboarding, etc...
you forgot the most extreme of sports
cross country skiiing
You mean Olympic curling. I've never seen such passionate faces directed towards a rock before.

Holy shit, who's that? That could be me at age sixty.
The captain from a German movie called Das Boot.
Who would win out of him and Sean Connery in Hunt for Red October?
Herr Kapitän, definitely.

I doubt they would be able to come to philly (where comcast's headquarters is) Well, considering ISPs are now a Title II utility, Comcast can't pressure Philly into keeping Google out of their territory. It's possible to see Google, or another fiber ISP, make an appearance if the demand is there.
Yay, we can finally work towards dismantling the regional monopolies that most modern ISP's fuck us with.

I'm not sure how I feel about allowing Google to use infrastructure put in place by its competitors without paying any fee.
But doesn't it already work like that for ISP's/TV providers/phone companies who move in to an area?

How are you guys seeing blue and black? I can't see that at all
Interesting... Not only do Australian toilets flush backwards and Australian cars drive upside down, but Australian eyes see in inverted colors!

its blue and black. OP is a bad picture.
If you stare at only the bottom portion, then you can kinda see blue and black, but the top portion makes it literally impossible for it to be blue and black. That is clear and obvious yellow at the top, and no matter how the light is shining on it, the fabric would not be that shade if it were anything other than yellow.
Not necessarily. Could just be a perfect combination of a thin fabric, a yellow-heavy black dye (most tend to be green, if I recall right), god awful lighting all around, and the person being bad at taking pictures.

They said Budd Dwyer more times than there are people under 30 years old here who know that name... But uh... Pennsyltucky is best described as Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with 46,000 square miles of Kentucky in-between. Yup.

Lately I've been incorporating some surplus stuff into my wardrobe because A: it's usually of fairly durable material and B: if you wear it with the right stuff it's basically hipster shit on a budget. I think I pull it off but I'm trying hard not to overdo it, I only even own one piece of clothing with a camouflage pattern on it. You also have to make sure it's foreign and doesn't resemble anything currently used by your country's military, otherwise you look like a poor kid wearing dad's old BDUs or big bro's hand-me-downs.
C: cold weather field gear or flight outfits are the warmest shit you'll ever own D: fish fur is totes hipster chic.
>tfw fish fur-lined parka from Nugget Enterprises coming in >hopefully it will be in before spring comes

>tfw I get to enjoy the fish-fur button on collar of my NVA winter field jacket and Door doesn't

I didn't really care that much before.
Now I'm mad.
Spoiler That annoying fucking habla-music though Yeah because if anything should get you mad about ISIS its the fact they're destroying some stupid old sculptures nobody gives a shit about, not the people they're torturing or killing or anything, right?
People are replaceable.
Statues are forgettable.
As is the average man.
Except the average man and his life has inherently more value than a statue gathering dust in a museum
>assuming each life inherently has a net value in the realm of positive integers
Oh sorry, I mean objectively more value, because a living being will always be more valuable than a piece of rock.
>implying cultural artifacts will never hold an intrinsic value greater than that of any living being
They won't and never will. Sorry, but why is a statue more valuable than a human being? Or possibly the human who's conception was behind it?
Simple economics.
Nope. Human life will always be more valuable.
Sure, maybe white human life. But that's not what's at stake here.
