Apparently my family own the land where my property is, but the Crown owns the river, and anything valuable if it was extracted beneath my property.
What a bullshit system. If a karst system makes a sinkhole on my land or breaks my house, I'm responsible for damages. But if that hole exposed gold, oil, coal or some other expensive minerals, it's the governments property, and I still am responsible for the hole.

This might have to do with laws on whether what is below or above the ground is your property. Issue with giving automatic ownership to everything below the land is now you can apply that to the sky, an dthen you have people suing airlines for entering their airspace.

You solve that like the FAA did. Skyways are more or less public domain, but if a neighbor is hovering a drone annoyingly close to and above my property I can capture or disable it, for it is a trespasser. Aircraft need to keep (if I remember from the most recent FARAIM correctly, I could be wrong, I'm not a pilot I just work with them)500 ft above the highest structure on my property (unless I happen to live really close to a runway). If I catch a private pilot flying way too low to ground to be legal according to FAA safety regulations, I can get that dude in serious trouble with the feds even if he wasn't over my own property, but I can't really sue him for trespassing.

Any real semblance of gender based pay disparity is observed in older females who aren't agressive in pay negotiation. Younger women raised in a time where they are more empowered and told they can be the breadwinner of the familly are more aggressive like their male counterparts and tend to be valued more similarly.
So more or less, it's a non issue that's fixing itself and may as well be regarded as nonexistent.

When was the last time you brought it into the shop? Your mechanic should be doing a once over every time it's in. That's why the labour charge is so expensive.
