It says nothing about any potential for future increases. And this tax lasts for 8 years where it will then be put to another vote over whether it will continue or stop.
And most likely, the California Government will be in charge of the 50 dollar rate.
Well... A $50 property residency tax for a local, underfunded school district doesn't sound horrible like our property tax school funding scheme is... I don't see a reason to be adamantly against it, but has the school tried more voluntary methods of fundraising?

Just depends on how beat the thing was by it's previous owner(s). If they actually took care of the machine, you shouldn't have any problems asides from your typical maintenance.
What's gonna be super reliable here as far as models go isn't within my area of knowledge. I think there used to be someone here who actively trail rode though... not much help that is now though.
