> Islam has brought nothing to western society

Is he talking modern or in general, because the Dark Ages were a thing, and the Middle East did a shit ton during that time, such as medicine and astronomy.
The early medieval period was a thing, yes. With widespread de-urbanization and the loss of the ancient Greek language in Europe, the decline in scholarly knowledge was inevitable. Thing is, by the 1100's the West had widely translated Grecian scholarly texts into Latin and by the 1200's had once again become the forerunner of scientific advancement, 300 years prior to the Renaissance.  The Byzantines were the ones to thank for giving Grecian and Roman scholarly texts to the Muslims in Arabic and then returning this knowledge to Europe in the high Medieval age.

Additional note: Byzantines weren't Muslim either, not until the Ottomans took over in the late 1400's.

Mostly grinding WoT for better tanks. As fun as you'd think tank warfare is, it isn't when the things have armour like paper-mache.

Otherwise, nothing. It's a quiet period in between Saturdays of parties and drinking.
What tree ya grinding?
Chinese, Russian Meds and American Meds/TD's.
Eww, chinky tanks and Russian bias T-34's. (I can't talk though, I've got a KV-4)

I loved nearly all of the American light, med, and TD options.

If there was no inappropriate experimentation you lot weren't drunk enough.
I have certain boundaries, even under the influence. I only remember Nuka calling and making this thread.
yeah, I have boundaries too untill I'm black out drunk and fondling some chick-that-I-just-met's feet.

You would never want to bang the people I'm around, trust me on that.
Be around hotter people then.

If playing instruments was a sign of intelligence anarcho-punk would never have been a thing.

Second table sounds better. I mean, no matter what, you'll either win or you'll get shot, 50/50.

Oh, if I get a bullet but survive do I still win?
If you get the bullet it's instant death.
No bro
Bullets will either kill you or they won't, 50/50.

Possibly the most hypocritical thing I've ever read. I love how they end it with "be responsible" with an idea that exists because women can't take responsibility for their actions.
The entire premise of internet feminism revolves around removing any and all responsibilities from women and requiring men to make the world safe and comfortable for them.

.gifs really are a terribly inefficient file type  and really anything over 50kb should be strongly discouraged.

I didn't even realize Turkey's avatar was a .gif until septy pointed it out because it loaded so slowly.

This Joker still looks like one of the wannabe jokers from Batman Beyond to me

I wouldn't mind a bit if they took inspiration of Tim Drake's Joker.

But they fucked him up with the teeth and tattoos.
Nah man, they work really well with the film's supposed atmosphere.

Childish Gambino
Marina & the Diamonds
that just feels weird to me to say that Mazzy Star isn't somewhat popular.

okay

would you rather have your favorite anime/tv show/etc get butchered, or have it canceled?
hm.... Cancelled. I'd rather be left wanting a real ending than be horribly disappointed and upset with the one I got after watching the series burn itself to death.

You can't accurately size them by sight? You'll never be a priest at this rate.

I don't want to be a priest though......I just wanna play da geetar
That's an instrument of the Devil's music, boy.

What if we're all just pretending to be Christians? Us guitarists with our overdrive pedals, fog machines, and stuff
That is sooooo not trve cvlt, dvde. You're letting the Allfather down by performing in a church instead of burning it.

Patient explains they abused a child wo years ago
Therapist has to report this by law, then the patient goes to jail and the possibility of helping them is forever trashed. The plus side of course is the justice being done for the victim, but that only goes so far to prevent other victims.
I'm almost certain that US law reads the same way, and it's pretty fucking criminal in my eyes. You end up with people who are paranoid wrecks that either snap and injure themselves/others to escape it or end up just sinking further into an abuse filled and disgusting fantasy world until the party van comes to take them away.

Patient explains they abused a child two years ago
Therapist is obligated to keep their fucking mouth shut when it comes to patient confidentiality, paedophile is helped to overcome their urges and then never abuses another child again. The down side being that there is no punitive justice for the victim.
If he's guilt-racked enough to confess for treatment, is it worth adding punitive justice to everything the man's already put himself through? “If he has a conscience he will suffer for his mistake. That will be punishment as well as the prison.” - Fyodor Dostoyevsky
