You mean the anonymous posting image, right? I've only attended 3 anarchy weekends.
There's currently a script with Anarchy that allows users to have a separate avatar for that forum, and it can be anything within Anarchy's rules (No loli, etc). If someone in anarchy doesn't want to see those Anarchy avatars, they can turn the option off and will only see the global one.

Yes. Unfortunately the practice of judging images is subjective. Sorry if that rustles your jimmies, but the avatar and nameplate images are going to need to remain on the safer side, since they're not able to be spoilered to guests and potential members.
you don't have any potential members outside of people coming from b.net and most of them are completely used and have no problem to stuff like this. I think you have this idea that you have this wildly expanding community of people that are completely new to the internet, well you fucking don't.
You have to also remember that there are minors that frequent Sep7agon, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal in most of the United States to show minors any form of pornography. Although, as suggestive as that gif is it is not pornographic, but Cheat has the final say on anything that goes on on his forum.
At the same time, this is the only facet where we try to make thing appropriate for minors. We don't forbid swearing, there are plenty of "racist" jokes, half of the images outside of avatars aren't appropriate for minors.
It isn't, or shouldn't be, our place to ensure that everything is sterile and family-friendly.
Of course we can't shelter them from swearing and our dirty jokes, but at least keep the avatars and nameplates PG13. The last thing I want is to forbid our usual banter otherwise this place would die.

Same could be said for when and where you browse an internet forum that is prone to sexual themes, racist jokes, swearing, etc.
