fucking Graham got the room keking
He should only speak in cartoon analogies, it's all he's got going for him.
Literally every time he spoke, he opened with a joke.
His entire platform is "muh military prowess". He needs people to laugh with him so they don't laugh at him.
He knows that he won't win - his goal in all of this is to make sure that the topic is brought up as much as possible so people know where the leading candidates stand on the issue.

Alright, the BIG SHOW is up next.
Every one in this early debate was as retarded as I thought they would be.
I'm preparing my snacks.

Jindal is really grasping for straws here. He know his campaign is tanking fast and hard.
Edit: Oh! There it is, Benghazi!

I see we are still politicizing the Supreme Court there, Jindal.
Judges should not be conservative, or liberal, or anything.

I'll get into this when I get off of work.
I don't think it's as obvious as it seems.

Good as in, compared to Halo 3/ Reach? Or good compared to the quality of ODST or Halo 4?
Story wise.
I stop by town often now so I may get the TTK edition so I get everything. But then Halo and Fallout come out in a month so I dunno.
I don't know if I can compare it to the stories from Halo, but if I had to - maybe ODST?
The story in TTK is much darker and somber than the vanilla game and original two DLC packs, and the new enemy help give it a pseudo-horror feel in some spots. It also feels much more focused - you aren't just going planet to planet killing bad guys, at least in the main quest-line. It's pretty much "This God is pissed at you and is coming to kill you. Your endgoal is the kill him first", and these quests all build to that conclusion - preparing your ship, getting you new powers, and then having you explore the new area to find him.
I hope that answers your question.
Huh
Might look into it
I need something to kill a month, and it's either this or mad max
You can check out the opening scene at the post above you and see how it looks a bit more. It doesn't spoil from the new story, but does tie in to the ending.

I liked the cutscene where we have the Vanguard discussing things with Eris. There was some good dialogue there.
Eris and Cayde-6 are definitely the stars of the expansion pack, along with Spoiler The dead? Awoken Queen

I'd like to try it since I bought the season pass, but I haven't played since last year and I'm worried my level 29 character will be really inadequate for the content, and I absolutely hated all the grinding that was required. Is it any easier to get to the level cap?
The starting level for The Taken King content is Level 25, so you'd be able to begin the quest lines and such. Bungie also changed the way you level up now - solely by getting experience by killing things, bounties, etc. The concept of light has been reworked so that it doesn't determine your level, but how much attack and defense you have at that level.

NYT/CBS PollRepublicans increasingly think that Donald J. Trump has the best chance of winning the 2016 presidential election as their nominee as confidence fades in traditional politicians like Jeb Bush and Scott Walker, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll.
Although many Republicans have reservations about Mr. Trump and, as in past election years, could switch preferred candidates before voting begins this winter, the billionaire businessman appears to be gaining acceptance as a possible nominee.
The poll found that 39 percent of Republican primary and caucus voters viewed Mr. Trump as their best shot at winning the presidency, compared with 26 percent in a CBS survey in August. Only 15 percent said they would not back him as the party’s standard-bearer.
Ben Carson, another Republican with no history in the political establishment, is also gaining notable new support and is now running nearly even with Mr. Trump. Mr. Carson, a retired neurosurgeon who delivers his socially conservative message and outsider views in more measured tones than Mr. Trump, rose to 23 percent; he had 6 percent early last month before a widely praised performance in the first Republican debate. Mr. Trump draws 27 percent support in the new poll, compared with 24 percent last month.
The second Republican debate will take place Wednesday evening at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif.
Among Democrats, uneasiness with Hillary Rodham Clinton is growing and creating a possible opening for Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., as he considers making a late entry to seek the party’s nomination. Mrs. Clinton has lost the support of a majority of male Democratic voters and has also had a 7-point drop in support from Democratic women. Her lead over Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont has shrunk from 41 percentage points to 20 points. Nearly six in 10 Democrats said they want to see Mr. Biden join the race, although it is not unusual for voters to seek additional choices early in a campaign.
The presidential race at this moment — a personality-driven free-for-all among 16 insiders and outsiders on the Republican side, an endless political therapy session about angst over Mrs. Clinton on the Democratic side — is so unsettled that national polls can be unreliable predictors this far out from actual voting for party nominees, which begins in February. At this stage of the presidential race eight years ago, Rudolph W. Giuliani and Fred D. Thompson led the Republican field, and Mrs. Clinton held an 18-point lead over then-Senator Barack Obama in a Times/CBS News poll.
The current New York Times/CBS News poll was conducted from Sept. 9 to 13 and has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus six percentage points for Republican and Democratic primary voters.

>Paying $40 for DLC that should've been already been in the main game
This isn't just using recycled environments and storylines like the previous two DLC did. There are plenty of new spaces and content that it does feel like you are getting your money's worth.
People pay more for less.
Saturn, where this DLC takes place, was supposed to be in the main game. They said that in a ViDoc like 6 months-year prior to launch.
The description of Saturn used prior to the launch, and the story line around it, is much different than what is in the game now.

1. Is it good?
2. Can you give me 3 games you would rate 10/10 and 3 games you would rate 5/10, so I know whether or not to trust your judgement regarding question 1?
Yes - mind you, it's not going to be winning awards or receive critical acclaim as a groundbreaker, but it does what it needs to - improve Destiny as a franchise and elevate it's storytelling and lore, and it does it well.
I rarely rank games in such a method.
then give me your 3 favourite games and 3 least favourite games
Favorites: Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Assassin's Creed II Halo: Reach, for all but story Dislikes: Call of Duty in general Fallout: New Vegas Assassin's Creed Revelations and III

Was it WORTH it?
In my eyes, for $40, it is. The story is much better than what is told in the vanilla game (And the prior two DLC packs), and it is slowly beginning to feel like Bungie has an idea of where they want to take this lore, after well over a year of problems. On top of that, they have really begun to make use of the characters at their disposal, while just making the game more fun to play. It is also far less of a grind than what it was for the first year, in terms of leveling up - that alone is a big plus. There are, of course, a lot of holes left to patch - but it is a start.

Yeah, I got it, and finished it (Well, what's available). And while I'm too tired at the moment to do a proper review of the expansion, I figure you all can ask questions (if you have them) about the DLC, and I shall try to answer them.
And before you ask, yes. There is a story in the expansion, and yes - it's actually decent.

Remind me again, why do people support this guy?
he has a brilliant viral marketing campaign
It's not hard to get votes if all you do is start promising to give people free stuff paid for by the boogeyman.
Vermin Supreme started it.
