Whatever your gender is RIGHT NOW, not the one you identify as, the one that determines which friggin genitals you have, determines whether you use the boys or girls bathroom. A - That's sex, not gender. There is a difference as outline in legal and psychological documentation. B - As I asked PSU, what if the person in question is a male by his genitals, but does not look or act like a man? Are you saying that a female (as defined by the sexual organs) that has taken testosterone and is build like some men should be forced to use a female restroom? How does that make things more comfortable? What if a person is intersex (As in, their genitals do not correspond to one sex)? Trying to limit an issue to "Penis Door A, Vagina Door B" is preposterous. I know it sounds harsh, but transgenders aren't THAT plentiful. And shouldn't be treated any differently than everyone else because they "want equality". Same argument that was applied to gay marriage and, likely, to civil rights as well. You are dealing with a mental illness, okay, yeah, I feel bad for you. When the American Psychiatric Association classifies it as one, come tell me. And even if it is a mental illness, that does not mean we should make it difficult for them to even use a bathroom.

I mean we have already declared kids as young as 12-13 can be "Trans". Is this somehow surprising? Is there an age that we are supposed to be before one can explore their identity and who they are? Whats stopping a 14 year old freshman straight kid from saying hes trans and using the girls locker room to peak at some booty. In pure honestly nothing - but to punish the entire community for a (at the moment) hypothetical scenario that would occur in one incredibly specific age group and location is highly unethical. If you have a dick, use the boys room. If you have titties and a vagina, use the girls room. Not hard.
Even if the person with the male/female reproductive parts does not act or display themselves as that sex? Does that not cause as many problems?

Haven't really cared enough to see what it's about.
XNorth Carolina's governor on Wednesday signed a controversial bill blocking cities from allowing transgender individuals to use public bathrooms for the sex they identify as -- as well as restricting cities from passing nondiscrimination laws more broadly.
House Bill 2, the Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act, puts in place a statewide policy that bans individuals from using public bathrooms that do not correspond to their biological sex. The bill also reserves the right to pass nondiscrimination legislation to the state government, saying state laws preempt any local ordinances.
Pat McCrory, a Republican, signed the bill Wednesday night and tweeted, "Ordinance defied common sense, allowing men to use women's bathroom/locker room for instance. That's why I signed bipartisan bill to stop it."
Quote from the story.

Don't really see any problems with it tbh but maybe someone will change my mind.
Why don't you see a problem with it?

Ew
It ain't like you'll be getting someone pregnant. Just make sure they clean out back and don't have an STD and it should be all good.
Absolutely not.

Curious to see some opinions and discussions on this topic. No set questions or topics, just kinda want to talk about it.
Have fun.

It can and has produced results, yes.
That doesn't mean it is something that should be endorsed or supported.
Why not if it produces results?
Because there are other options that can and should be explored - options that are less likely to have unintended side effects.
Continuing to do something that violates multiple segments of human rights accords and treaties because it gets us results easiest is, at the most basic root, pure laziness.
And what would these alternative options be?

Clinton is a criminal, why would you want her as president?
I answered the second half already, so do you have a question?

You do know that a vote for Hillary is a vote to invade Syria?
If I wanted to cast a vote based on one issue alone, I would. Hell of a lot easier to pick a candidate.

Is Hillary actually a moderate conservative with an authoritarian streak running under the Democrat name because she's apparently vehemently anti-2A but now is funded by the NRA because she is also a shapeshifting lizard man just like Barrack Obama?
Yes Kasichs chances?
Better than Paul Ryan's, not as good as Marco Rubio's.

What the fuck is going on with Sanders and his hesitancy to release his full, current tax reforms? Tax's are not my strong area, but the most likely reason for his lack of full release is that he doesn't see a need. The whole purpose of the release, even if it's only a small section, is to throw the ball back to the Clinton court in attempts to show her refusal to release speaking transcripts and monetary compensation as hypocritical and corrupt. In plain terms, he released what he had to in order to turn the spotlight back on Clinton Also, why all the MUH BUNKS?

What career field and what price range?
For my career field and my personal needs? No, the cost was well worth it. Digital Production and Editing, paired with journalism.
Uh, think I paid $1,300 for it back in 2013.
haha holy shit
Dude you could have custom built a killer PC (and paid for somebody to build it) for $1,000 that's way, WAY more powerful.
I live in a college dorm - why the hell am I going to build a PC when my Mac laptop can do what I need it to do, do it well, and can easily be moved?

Why are you voting for Hilary?
- Policies are more in line with my thinking (Center-Left that lay the groundwork for more progressive policies) - More likely to get some agenda pushed through a GOP Congress - Sanders supporters (generally, there are exceptions) are literally some of the most politically uninformed voters I have ever met who jump at the buzzwords "Free!", "Wall Street!", and "Banks"

Why has no one stumped the Trump yet?
Voter disapproval with the political establishment and Washington insiders. On top of that, Trump's speeches are baseline in terms of intellectual discussion and policy to create simple and easy to understand discussions that resonate with a, for the most part, uneducated voting bloc.

For what I do, I wouldn't have been comfortable using a PC.

How much did your Mac cost you? I bet for the same price (or less) you could have gotten a far better performing PC.
