sometimes they're voted in by the community, but most of the time they're privately chosen amongst the mods themselves
I'm pretty sure the voting was just for the first wave. Second round we were able to make suggestions, but final say was the then current staff.
Cheat picked the second round, where he chose Psy and LC. Community made suggestions on the third round, and that's where Yutaka and I came from.

Gen IV and V have been neglected, so I'd expect them to get a big boost this gen.
I fully expect a DP remake this generation. Would make sense, since they came out in 2007, and next year is the 10 year anniversary.

Do we really want to do that though? I think there is a good reason why a lot of the bad seeds are permabanned here.
A lot of the permabans are over a year old at this point, or approaching it. I'm more than willing to give them another chance because, like it or not, it's gotten far more boring here without them.

Connections that can win her the election by purging voters likely to vote for sanders and restricting polling stations in their areas as well.
It happened in Arizona and it's happening again in New York.
Changing their registrations from Democrat to independent so they can't vote in closed primaries. 54,000 people in Brooklyn had this happen to them and that area was projected to be strong for Bernie.
