Usually there has to be a combination of things that bother me to pull the trigger. School/education things are the easiest to get me worked up over.

As tantalizing as meeting the chosen undead and all of my favorite Dark Souls characters sounds on paper, the reality of me losing my sanity and becoming an immortal husk is not all that appealing.
So long as I'm a hero in the universe and Peter Molyneux isn't actually God, I can see the Fable universe being enjoyable.
I think my top pick is probably Nirn. I already spend hundreds of hours lost in it.

whats the best place to farm in the early-ish part of the game?
The area behind the crest-locked door in dark root garden is the best place I've found. You can either purchase the means to unlock the door from Andre for 20k souls or enter alternatively through darkroot basin (to the left of the hydra, up two ladders, and left on the path). For the sake of saving time I'd invest the 20k souls, you don't have to wander as far. You can roughly make 2-3k souls/minute farming the npcs in the area after getting used to them, so you are recompensed quickly.

I honestly really want to do realistic type drawing and painting.
How do I make the switch?
I have drawn in a cartoonish style for most of my life so I sympathize, the one thing which helped me see where I needed to improve was copying a realistic-looking drawing. If you want to really get into realism just draw what's around you.

Any recommendations for a build for NG+? For my first playthrough I went with a middle of the road pyro/dex and I was hoping to try either a quality build or pure heavy, because I've never done a strict melee playthrough.
