Bungie owns Marathon and Myth (at least I think they still own Myth). There's a Marathon game actually in development by a small team at Bungie, which was mentioned in the contract with Activision.

Well, exclusivity sucks for me because I was wanting to get it on PC when it drops to $20. Now I'll have to wait five years for that on the Xbone.
How were you going to get it on PC if it was going to be a PS4 exclusive?
Only P.T. was a PS4 exclusive, Silent Hills was planned to be released on all next-gen consoles and PC. The only previous game that was exclusive to Playstation was the first game.
