Why do people actually think they'll announce a new (shit) TES game?
They've been released every 4-6 years and this year Skyrim turns 4, so an announcement at E3 with a release next year is likely.
The release schedule has also been TES > FO > TES
It's Fallout's turn.

OT: Europeans have their own variations of it, like Rugby or gaelic football. Main difference being that the athletes do not wear any protective gear in those and some variations use a traditional ball instead of an egg.
