It wasn't playlist exclusive. You just had to kill 2 players with a single Splaser shot in MP
Notice the "ranked free for all playlist." I would've gotten the achievement 50 times over if it wasn't exclusive.

Have all the faces of Blue Team (other than Chief, of course) ever been revealed? If they haven't, I'd rather it stay that way, especially for Chief, because I feel like their anonymity gives them their character.
Fred and Kelly's faces were shown in FuD when they were young, and in Halo Legends: The Package. Fred, Kelly and Linda's faces were shown in Halo Escalation: The Next 72 Hours. Showing their faces makes literally no impact on anything because they aren't relevant, so them being shown doesn't matter, Chief included.

Where'd you hear this? I know they used both in the comics but haven't seen anything saying H5 would use both.
Blur's Halo 5 cutscenes in H2A use the pre-Halo 4 design, and there's Elites in the gameplay screenshots that use the Halo 4 design.

Every single Halo has had allies that either did nothing or hindered you when you decided to be gracious and say, give them a rocket launcher.
AI procedural thought pattern is;
1. Recieve destructive weapon from friendly player
2. Look down, pull trigger
And? Just because it has a shit staple in the past doesn't mean 5 should or will. The Creative Director at 343 for Halo 5 was the Creative Director at LucasArts for Republic Commando.
