halo 3 didnt have bloom. most of the weapons had spread because of the lack of hitscan. bloom is a mechanic which gradually decreases your accuracy the faster you fire, spread is just that... bullets spread out as they travel, becoming less accurate over long distances. i'm talking about graphical bloom, numbnuts
