Lol, yes. I'm kinda tired. Been up since 2:30 this morning. I work 4AM-1PM now. Kinda messed me up. Not used to it. But, my analog sticks won't move it. The D-Pad moves it, but like I said, it immediately goes back to the right. Pfft, and people said PS4 controllers sucked.
Of course it can navigate the dashboard What do you think it's doing by moving the dashboard to the right?

makes sense really. the xbone is weak as fuck, they want 60fps with big open areas (which would put a lot of strain on the console if it was splitscreen)and lots of things happening. there's no way that was gonna happen with splitscreen.
