They're in Halo 4 and H2A, so I don't see why they'd remove them
Really? I'll have to check it because I could never find them in 4 which is a shame because my favourite maps were the ones you had to escape from a building using swords whilst a fat kid was trying to get you.
you do mean stuff that you can interact with/turn on/off don't you? like shield doors and sentry turrets?
I think he meant scenery pieces, which have been near completely absent or non-functional since Halo 3.

Good. Once we finally drop the last gen, devs can make their games without having those limits in mind.
I mean. It's rampant in Battlefield 4. Originally, the riot shield was going to equip on and protect the player's back when not in use, and allow the player to use a sidearm when in use. Two features dropped because the 360 and ps3 can't handle it.
mw2 did that
MW2 didn't have 64 players on a server with dozens of explosions and other high-strain processes running at any one time.
He was talking about the Riot Shield blocking bullets while it was on people's backs because in MW2 it did that
I know. But MW2 didn't have anything on the scale of BF4 - apparently the 7th gen simply can't handle to have that feature alongside everything else that's going on. I can kind of believe that, based off of personal experience.
it really wouldn't put any more strain on the game
