What else could "Play it first on PS4" mean? If FF7 was truly a PS4 console exclusive, they would say "Playstation 4 exlusive" instead of neutering their marketing impact by saying "Play it a few months earlier on this console!"
Well I may as well just answer this one. Cloud was in Smash, bonds are thus made between Sony and Nintendo, Nintendo are developing a new console. If you would assume anything, then it would go to this new console, which would account for why there is no news on what else FF7 would be on, because the actual console hasn't been announced yet per say.
You have to agree that makes a lot more sense.

The Division - cautious about this one. It gets downgraded every time it's shown off. By the time it releases it will be Pong. The beta footage looks pretty... not good. I wouldn't hold your breath on this one. Well I'm hoping Final Fantasy 15.....but it ain't confirmed to a date so I'll keep dreaming.
Confirmed for a 2016 release. Release date will be announced in March.

Except the point where it doesn't actually say it's going to be. You're just assuming it will be. Because it's blindingly obvious. The only way it could be more obvious is if it physically beat you over the head. I think if it is, they're advertising it badly, but if Sony has more money pitched in then it makes a bit more sense. It's as though you're completely new to the concept of timed exclusivity. Whoever pays more first gets it first, and gets advertising in their favour.

Except Tomb Raider is a timed exclusive Also Titanfall never once had any marketing saying anything like "Play it first on Xbox". It was a flat out "console exclusive" with nothing suggesting a PlayStation release.
