Precursors are transsentient beings. They exist on a level beyond what other normal biological species do.
They don't even need physical forms.

Yes. H2 Legendary has the iron skull effect on by default. The skull just becomes a free points multiplier in H2A.

Do you mean by how buggy it is? I couldn't play one of H2's missions because my friend's game wasn't synched with mine or something. Our characters were doing completely different things on either of our screens.
